The government has done a marvellous job of obtaining billions of pounds worth of funding for the support of small and medium sized businesses. However, the vast majority of small business people have no idea how to go about positioning themselves in order to qualify for, and benefit from such support. There need to be clear and widely publicised access points for receiving such support where available, along with the guidance necessary. We are petitioning the Prime Minister to act on this as a matter of absolute urgency if small businesses are to survive this dire economic downturn.
