Entrepreneurial Leadership - The Pre start-up Paradigm
Approximately 5% of businesses survive after the first 5 years of trading. And after that, many of those businesses still need a great deal of support in sustaining their growth. The Eclub has worked with and studied over 3000 existing small businesses to discover the critical success factors. Those factors are:

The PSU Process
The following steps are a basic process of how we could support you to grow and develop your business while in the security of employment:
Step 1:The starting point is Leadership, Life & Business (LL&B) mentoring sessions. These one-to-one sessions help you get clear about your vision for your business and life and then support you along the way with guidance.
Step 2:The Pre-Start UpProgram, is a 6 week or 2 week intensive program which covers the fundamental principles of building a successful sustainable business: It is split into 4 modules and covers topics such as: Primary Aim, Planning, Strategic Networking, Hard and Soft Business Development, Building Trust & Credibility and Community Building.
Step 3:This leads to the invitation-only 12 week Strategic Network Building Program(SNBP). The SNB program is crucial for Pre-Start Up aspiring entrepreneurs who want to make sure the right people are on the bus, before the bus sets off on its journey. This is what we call the Pre Start-up Paradigm. The program goes in depth on the key areas of a successful business; people and relationships, leadership, planning and developing a strategic network. This is where you can hone your skills and knowledge through practical and experiential learning.
Step 4:Entrepreneurial Development - Our focus in the entrepreneurial development section is helping you to build a business that is systems-dependent rather than people dependent i.e. the systems drive the business and the people operate the systems. Essentially Eclub helps emergent entrepreneurs through our PSU related programs to start turn-key businesses so that the business can run without the owner. This frees you; the entrepreneurial leader to focus on the direction of the business, the business's growth, expansion and the development of the people and systems that will achieve these ends.
Step 5:Business Development- Now that we have achieved the first 4 steps we can start the process of assisting you with the discovery/research and development aspects of your business, which then moves into the planning phase and then the actual practical aspects of building the business model and structure. This involves writing the systems that will essentially run your automated business.
